I offer talks, lectures and demonstrations on a variety of topics connected with 18th century dress, from textiles to cut and construction to fashion consumption.

I am available for study days, public events and internal development programmes at museums, heritage sites, academic conferences, schools and universities, costuming and historical societies.

Talks are tailored to YOUR requirements, whether you need to fill a 10-minute ‘lightning’ slot in your conference programme, or a dress history specialist to round out a panel about a range of historical subjects, or a keynote speaker for an audience with a thirst for in-depth details on aspects of 18th century dress.
